Introduction:

The Association was founded by the owners of the properties of Tollgate Way, Falls Church, Virginia for the purpose of operating and maintaining the common areas of Tollgate Way which are owned by the Association for the enjoyment and betterment of the homeowners.

The association has the authority to act on behalf of the homeowners to enforce any covenants, restrictions, reservations, conditions, agreements, easement or liens on the homeowners property, as well as to assess, collect and disburse the funds of the association.

The Association is also empowered to act in any way advisable, proper or convenient for the promotion of the peace, health, comfort, safety or general welfare of the owners and inhabitants.
