Minutes of the Tollgate Association Board Meeting

Saturday November 3, 2001

The meeting was held at the residence of Terry Zawacki. It started at 9:20 am. Present were Bob Donaldson, Joe Romer, Terry Zawacki, and Ann-Catrine Skoog Ehmer.

Treasurer 

Treasurer Bob Donaldson will prepare a projected budget for 2002 to be presented at  the Annual Meeting. The Homeowner’s  Association will have to pay taxes on the interest of the Association’s capital assets held by the Association. This was last done in 1991. 

Landscape 

A contract has been signed with  Flores Landscapes, Inc. The new contractor will start in January, 2002. Curb Appeal, the present contractor, will finish off this year’s contract with two leaf pickups in November and December and fall pruning.

Social 

Christmas Party: The Party will be held in Terry Parsons house on Sunday, December 16, from 6 to 8 pm.  

Annual Meeting 

The Annual Meeting of the Tollgate Association will be held on Sunday, December 2, 2001 at 102 Tollgate Way at 5 pm. This meeting will also be considered a “Special Meeting” under the By-laws. Before the Annual Meeting Board Members will contact each homeowner and collect proxies for those who will not be able to attend the Meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 10:15 am.
